Below are the most frequently asked questions:

• Ordering

All orders must meet the $100 minimum. Residents of the state of Texas need to have a sales permit. Otherwise, we will apply sales tax on your order. Currently, we do not do international orders.

• Shipping Fee: Flat rate fees apply to all US continental states. The amount of shipping fee is calculated based on the purchase totals. To be simple, purchase totals are divided into purchase levels: $100 - $199, $200 - $299, $300 - $399 and so on. For the first purchase level, the base shipping fee $15 will be applied. For each of  next purchase levels, $8 will be added up onto the shipping fee for its previous purchase level. For instance, if your order total is between $100 and $199, your shipping fee will be $15; if your order total is between $200 and $299, your shipping fee will be $15 + $8 = $23; if your order total is between $300 and $399, your shipping fee will be $15 + $8 + $8 = $31, and so on so forth.

• Shipping & Delivery

We use either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to ship your order. Unless you request in advance, we will not require a delivery signature service.

• Privacy & Security

All of your personal information is protected under SSL network security.

• Returns & Replacements

Unless the items are originally defected, all sales are final: no returns or replacements.

• Payment, Pricing, & Promotions

You can pay via money order, credit card, and PayPal. To pay via credit card, select "PayPal Website Standard" during checkout. It will bring you to PayPal's front page, where you will have two options: (1) log in into PayPal with a PayPal account and (2) pay with credit cards without a PayPal account. During our office hours (Monday - Staturday, 10:AM - 6:30 PM), you may also call us at 214 6135197 to pay by credit card on the phone.

We do not do CODs.
